ग्रामोदय युगकवि सिद्धिचरण माध्यमिक विद्यालयलाई समावेशी, उत्तरदायी र स्रोत–मैत्री शैक्षिक संस्थाको रूपमा स्थापित गर्न हामी प्रतिबद्ध छौं। विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिको हैसियतले हामी शिक्षक, अभिभावक, विद्यार्थी र समुदायबीच समन्वयकारी भूमिका निर्वाह गर्दै आएका छौं। विद्यालयमा आवश्यक भौतिक पूर्वाधार, स्रोत परिचालन, पारदर्शी बजेट व्यवस्थापन र सहजीकरणका पक्षमा हाम्रो निरन्तर ध्यान केन्द्रित छ। गाउँका गरिब परिवारका बालबालिकालाई गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा दिलाउन राज्य, स्थानीय सरकार, दातृ संस्था र समाजको सहयोग आवश्यक हुन्छ। हामी शिक्षा क्षेत्रलाई राजनीतिक र व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थभन्दा माथि राखेर सामूहिक उत्तरदायित्वका साथ अघि बढ्नुपर्छ भन्ने मान्यतामा विश्वास गर्छौं। शिक्षा मात्रै होइन, विद्यालयको वातावरण, व्यवहार, मूल्य र व्यवस्थापन सबै पक्ष मिलेर पूर्ण शैक्षिक अनुभव बनाउँछन्। त्यसैले हाम्रो भूमिकालाई प्रशासनिक सहजता, समुदायप्रतिको जवाफदेहिता र विद्यालयको दीर्घकालीन दिगोपनमा केन्द्रित बनाएका छौं। सहयोग, सुझाव र सहभागितामूलक प्रयासमार्फत हामी विद्यालयलाई अझ उत्कृष्ट बनाउने अभियानमा अघि बढिरहेका छौं
We are committed to establishing Gramodaya Yugkavi Siddhicharan Secondary School as an inclusive, accountable, and resource-friendly educationalinstitution. As the School Management Committee, we have consistently played a coordinating role among teachers, parents, students, and the community.
Our focus remains on ensuring necessary physical infrastructure, mobilizing resources, maintaining transparent budget management, and facilitating smooth operations. To provide quality education to children from poor families in the village, support from the state, local government, donor agencies, and society is essential.
We firmly believe that the education sector must rise above political and personal interests and move forward with collective responsibility. Education is not limited to academics alone; the school environment, behavior, values, and management together create a complete educational experience.
Therefore, our role is centered on administrative facilitation, accountability to the community, and the long-term sustainability of the school. Through cooperation, constructive suggestions, and participatory efforts, we are advancing the campaign to make the school even more excellent.
